New EyeEm Mission：Gridlove with The Beam started!

Electricity powers so much of our daily lives: phones, cameras, cars, laptops… the list goes on! The way we consume this essential resource is key to reducing our carbon footprint. But how do you capture electricity on camera?
Share your take on the grid. We’re looking for images showcasing the hardware you see every day: anything from electricity boxes to cables, wires, neon lights and electric cars on the road. Capture the electric edge of modern, urban life.
This Mission is run in partnership with The Beam, a tri-annual printed publication covering the energy transiting and race to a zero carbon economy, and CleanTechnica, a leading clean tech-focused news and analysis site.
The Beam will select the best photos and include them in their next edition of the magazine, to be published later this year.
